EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Our policy for exchanges or return refunds lasts 15 days.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All intimate wear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry (earrings and body jewelry) is exempt from this policy and is final sale. Swimwear, Shoes, and Lingerie are FINAL SALE. ALL GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE.
ALL refunds are given in the form of a store credit which will be good for ONE YEAR post-return.
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be unused and unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags intact, free of damage, and free of stains and/or odors.
To initiate a return, please e-mail us at MagnoliaLaceBoutique@Gmail.com. In your subject line, please add your order number and comment RETURN/EXCHANGE
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT
To initiate an exchange or Store Credit, please e-mail MagnoliaLaceBoutique@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Please indicate a reason for the exchange along with what you would like to exchange the item for. You will be contacted to update payment information if necessary.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at MagnoliaLaceBoutique@Gmail.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded/exchanged, unfortunately ALL sale items are FINAL SALE.
